Why choose our backpacks?

Our backpacks are multifunctional, fashionable and safe.  They all have a technology component built in with USB charging port. You can easily recharge your phone, tablet or laptop. Many are water-resistant or waterproof!  

Is a power bank included with each backpack?  

No.  All of our backpacks include USB 2.0 connections.  These can easily be connected to any standard USB 2.0 power found on the market. We do have a few solar powered backpacks that require no power bank.  

What payment methods do you accept?
Smart BackPac offers several convenient methods of payment: These methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal

Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we do accept payments through PayPal express payments.

Do you charge sales tax?
U.S. New York residents are charged a sales tax of 7.25%.

When will my order arrive?

We source quality items from several suppliers in Asia as well as the United States.  Shipping delivery time varies depending on suppliers location, shipping method used and your geographic location.  Average shipping time, after order processing, is 7-20 days. Holidays, customs, and seasonal factors can cause delays that result in orders arriving later than 30 days after processing. We cannot be responsible for delays. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs taxes.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier  has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We have posted a detailed Privacy Policy.  Simply put: Your personal information is secure with us. All pages involving personal data are transmitted via secure server. Our entire privacy policy can be viewed on our Privacy Policy page.

How secure are the payment transactions?
Guy Jewels understands the importance of security of online transactions. After all our reputation and your information security is at stake. That's why we use the highest standards to process all credit card transactions.

What is your return policy?
At Smart BackPac we expect that your purchases will meet or exceed your expectations. However, we realize that on occasion there may be a problem with an order. If your item is damaged , you may return it in its original condition for a refund (minus and shipping) within 45 days of your order being shipped from Smart BackPac.  For November and December purchases, the return time period is extended to 75 days.   

To return an item to Smart BackPac, please follow these simple steps to assure quick processing and to receive full credit, less shipping, for the item you are returning.

1) Email Smart BackPac at smartbackpac@gmail.com and include: your order number, the name of the item, date purchased, and your name and address. Please indicate your preference for an exchange or refund.  

2) A customer service representative will respond to your email with specific return instructions and will issue you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). You can expect to receive the RMA number within approximately 48 to 72 hours. Please write the RMA number on the packing slip inside your package and on the outside of your package. Please note that we cannot process returns without an RMA number.  

3) Return the unused item with all of its original packaging, and ship it back to us. We recommend that you ship the item insured as we cannot offer refunds for packages that become lost en route. 

Once your return is received you will receive notification regarding your return or exchange within seven days.

All unauthorized or improperly packaged returns will be returned to sender. Please note that items that show signs of wear & tear or have been, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
